Refund Policy – Mutate Waves 

Due to the digital nature of our products, Mutate Waves offers refunds only on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue with your download, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will assess your situation individually. All decisions made by our support team are final.

📥 Important: We cannot process a refund if our system has registered that the product has already been downloaded.


We do not offer refunds if:
  • You no longer need the purchased product.
  • You changed your mind or found an alternative.
  • You cannot use the product due to software or hardware limitations (e.g. you do not own Serum 2).
  • You cannot use the product due to lack of technical knowledge.
  • You attempt to use the product with cracked or illegally downloaded software.

Eligibility

Refund requests are only considered within 14 days from the date of purchase, and only if the product has not been downloaded.

We strongly advise all customers to review software and hardware requirements before purchasing. All requirements are clearly listed on each product page.
